• Manage electronic communications, including sending links for electronic contract signing to facilitate the onboarding of new clients.
Document Review and Analysis:
• Assist in the review and analysis of documents produced in litigation, focusing on cases related to employee rights and unpaid wages.
• Support legal team in preparing for cases by organizing and summarizing key information from documents.
Draft Form Legal documents.
• Create first drafts of legal documents for review by an attorney.
• Modify forms based on current clients’ facts.
Virtual Assistant Duties:
• Reserve hotels, flights, and restaurants.
• Manage calendar.
• Make appointments.
• Fill out forms online.
• Research travel activities.
