- Treatment Design & Implementation: Create and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategies for clients.
- Program Development: Develop new programs and continuously refine existing ones to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the treatment team, including the director, parents, and other support networks, to review case progress and ensure comprehensive care.
- Training & Supervision: Provide comprehensive training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists on all policies and procedures.
- Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, and other relevant information.
- Caseload Management: Maintain a caseload of billable hours while fulfilling supervisory duties.
- Required:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree and completion of ABA coursework.
- Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
- Valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) certification.
- Preferred:
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
