5Plus years of UX design experience Expertise in UX software such as Sketch Figma Axure or Adobe XD Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently Travel required up to 5 percent
High School diploma required Bachelors degree preferred A solid UX design process focused on outcomes Experience designing software within an Agile SDLC Experience in UX design standard methodologies to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile first and responsive design Ability to collaborate and communicate closely with teams and other partners in a distributed model Strong intuition and a natural ability to empathize with different people
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to persuade others of your good ideas Comfortable working in a collaborative fashion on user experience design activities throughout the software development life cycle of applications often with numerous initiatives occurring concurrently
A constant thirst to learn and grow Willingness to share knowledge and experience with the team and learn from them Ability to gracefully give and receive critical feedback
