Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Job DescriptionThe Director will be an integral part of our Visa Acceptance and Cybersource Solutions team supporting key client deliverables to ensure strong sales strategy and delivery for key client initiatives. This role is a field sales position within our growing Australia and New Zealand team that will help drive the expansion of Visa Value Added Services business. This role is responsible for targeting retailers, acquirers, and service providers as well as other companies accepting payments to add them to our growing digital products portfolio. The Sales Director will work closely with other Visa teams to offer visa products for checkout, processing, analytics, fraud, security, and other digital solutions to the Australian and New Zealand market. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong payment technical skills that can work independently in a fast paced, ambiguous environment with limited supervision. He or she must be a fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of complex, varied payment offerings.  Lead a team to identify prospects, manage the sales process, and close new businesses.Develop and lead strategic initiatives in AUNZ to become the leading processor/gateway across card present, ecommerce and omnichannel opportunities.Act as a customer advocate - Conduct regular strategy reviews with global product teams to help shape the roadmap.Develop targeted product and industry use-cases based on market needs.Partner with teams to drive go-to-market strategies for specific prospects and products.Identify emerging markets, prospects, and manage the sales process including sales campaigns.Enhance partnerships to develop new value propositions.Lead RFPs and RFIs for key prospects.Be the face of Visa Acceptance and Cybersource in the external market for our Visa Acceptance and Cybersource Solutions.Collaborate with other business units such as the Digital Partnerships team to expand the ecosystem.Drive reseller volumes through the Acquirer Acceleration Program.Maintain and share knowledge of existing and new acceptance products with broader Visa team.Qualifications• Payments domain experience with a proven track record in solution sales and familiarity with both current and emerging payment trends across cards, A2A and alternate payment methods. • Tech-savvy - knowledge of payment commerce technologies for card -present, eCommerce and omnichannel experiences, demonstrating familiarity with API-led solutions. • Demonstrated track record of success in cross team collaboration with product/engineering/presales engineering teams to drive commercial outcomes. • Highly adaptable with exposure gained working in fast-moving and agile environments. • Has a collaborative mindset and drives collective success by fostering cooperation and synergy across multiple teams. • Ideal candidates would have come from a Head of Product or Head of B2B sales experience, demonstrating strong technical-based sales and partnerships commercial achievements. • Strong partnerships experience. • B2B enterprise software or technology consultative sales experience. • Previous experience in the eCommerce, Customer Present, merchant and payment industries. • Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills. • Strong background with demonstrated success closing high volume business. • Experience with managing longer sales cycles and driving multiple simultaneous opportunities to success. • Knowledge of payment and/or risk management systems and the industry is preferred.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
