We are looking for candidates who are driven, energetic, and intelligent. The Insides Sales role is an essential component of the sales organization that focuses on qualifying inbound net-new prospects, closing and activating new accounts.
Essential Functions
Educate merchants on how payments work and up-sell value added services
Contact, qualify and cultivate leads/relationships via phone, email and chat to activity build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities
Averaging 50 calls and 100 emails per day
Meet a quota of new accounts per day and deliver consistently against quota of monthly
Adhere to lead qualification standards
Work together as a team to meet all monthly KPI’s
Collaborate with internal and external partners
Partner with Underwriting and AE’s to remove barriers for high value accounts
Partner with Customer Support and Loyalty teams
Provide world class customer service
Keep CRM up to-date with lead activity and qualification notes
Effectively manage a pipeline of 200 new accounts each month
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 or more years of work experience in sales, sales development, or customer support
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
- Comfortable speaking to the customer regarding IT and enterprise solutions in the competitive landscape
- Ability to explain technical product features at a high-level, highlighting value for the customer and benefits vs. competitors’ offerings
- Comfortably lead and control conversations with new and existing customers
- Strong value based selling skills founded on business acumen and the ability to translate benefits into the partner’s business language to prove value
- Confident, positive, energetic, professional and team-oriented attitude
- Superior interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in fast-paced environment
- Detailed orientated, highly organized and efficient
- Strategic thinker
- Bilingual is a plus
