Job Description
As part of the U.S. Client Marketing team, the Analyst will support the development and implementation of holistic marketing plans to support client, product and payments marketing campaigns in the U.S. with the goal of demonstrating the value Visa brings to clients and cardholders. Clients may include traditional issuers, co-brand partners, emerging Fintech opportunities, and strategic relationships.
The Analyst will support data-driven marketing initiatives for Visa’s U.S. Merchant clients, including supporting co-brand credit products. The strategies will drive Visa purchase volume, Value Added Services revenue and overall client engagement. The ideal candidate This must be able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The analyst will be results-oriented, flexible, and have a “can do”, positive attitude. Additionally, the analyst must have a consistent track record in working collaboratively with internal team members and external clients. The analyst should be detail oriented and thoughtful when preparing materials for clients. In addition, you should be qualified to communicate directly with clients through weekly conference calls, video conferences, or future in-person meetings. The Analyst will support important administrative functions across multiple platforms including opening and managing budgets, submitting intake forms and financial reporting.
Essential Functions
You will support the sell-in and execution of B2B and/or B2C marketing programs for clients by coordinating the activities of internal Visa cross-functional teams and external agency partners
You will manage agency partners during client program development, including routing materials for review and securing stakeholder approvals
You will provide project management support for client marketing programs, including running weekly client status calls, drafting agendas and call notes, leading creative development process with the agency, routing materials for necessary approvals, managing post campaign tracking and analytics
You will work cross-functionally to maintain clear communications and secure internal stakeholder alignment
You will participate in ideation and development of custom marketing programs across Visa platforms and sponsorship assets
You will assist with Practice Development opportunities for Client Marketing
Development and routing of legal agreements
Purchase Order creation and management
Project timeline and budget management
Program tracking and results management
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
• 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
• Your work experience is closely related to marketing and project management
• You have strong written and oral communication skills
• You have prior experience coordinating cross functional, end-to-end projects that included a high level of detail
• You are a team player able to work on multi-part projects across teams and able to ensure project deadlines and budgets are met
• Ability and initiative to self-manage when necessary and ability to multitask to support multiple efforts as needed
• Experience running meetings with internal and external customers and users
• Positive relationship management skills and ability to influence decision makers both internally and externally
• You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Client-facing experience a plus
• Digital marketing experience a plus

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 111,400.00 to 142,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
