Registered Nurse Med-surg at Amarillo at $2728.13/ Week (Gross)
We are looking for RN Med-Surg in Amarillo, TX (Traveler required). We need someone with min 1 to 2 years’ experience as Med Surg RN.
Contract: 13 weeks
Shift: Days and nights
Confirmed Hours: 36 hours per week (3 days/week and 12 hrs./day)
Pay Package:
Regular Blended Rate: $75.78/hr. (For traveler)
Package for Travelers: (Based on 36 hours per week)
Total Gross Income: $2728.13 per week
Non-Taxable: $1099 per week
Taxable: $1629.13 per week
Required: Must have a COVID vaccine.
CPR/BLS: BLS and ACLS must be from AHA (American Heart Association)
Licensure: Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Texas or Compact States.
Responsibilities
· The Registered Nurse (Med- Surg) provides professional nursing care on a designated
· unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the client.
· The Registered Nurse (Med- Surg)) prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.
· The Registered Nurse (Med- Surg) is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit.
