We are currently seeking highly driven and motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our Semiconductor team! The Senior Sales Manager's main goal is to develop, pursue and manage new business opportunities in the Semiconductor, Fiber Optics, and Electric Vehicle industries while supporting and managing customer key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Increase sales growth and maximize market potential
- Meet with key/high volume customers, give performance reports, and handle sales and
- customer communication
- Develop new accounts and find strategic customers for the BU-OEM and emerging
- market segment.
- Research national and global market trends and new product possibilities.
- Prepare annual sales budget and quarterly YEFC (year-end forecast) by customer,
- product, and territory.
- Monitor and report on all sales activity and results.
- Manage contract processes, negotiate multi-year contracts, and give performance reports.
- Communicate directly with key decision makers/top management.
- Handle logistic and inventory agreements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or marketing-related field; MBA a plus.
- 10 years of experience at a senior level,
- Significant experience in sales of technical products
- Strong business/finance background and experience
- Knowledge of commercial transactional process involved with sales
- Previous experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs
- Previous experience working with large accounts/OEM and emerging market segments
- Excellent communication and presentation skill

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered, as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual’s unique set of knowledge, skills, education, experience and geographic location, as well as internal equity.
