Desired Qualifications:
- Must have a passion for recruiting and networking!
- Proven success at building rapport and guiding candidates to decision making.
- Expert communicator - both verbally & written.
- 2 years of physician or executive level recruiting experience.
- 5 years of general recruitment experience.
- Prior new business development experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in using all social media venues to market prospective candidates.
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
