We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Urgent Care Office Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team. As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the overall management and success of our urgent care facility. This is a critical position that requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the urgent care facility, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including front desk personnel, medical billing and coding professionals, and support staff
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow, improve patient satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans
- Manage the urgent care facility's financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue cycle management
- Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers, vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant healthcare laws and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Must be bilingual Spanish/English
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience,
- Proven experience as a Office Manager or in a similar healthcare management role
- Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, including medical billing and coding, insurance reimbursement, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficient in using healthcare management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Familiarity with financial management principles and practices in a healthcare setting
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
