Associate Administrative Director Details and Job Description:

Reports to: Executive Director

Work Hours: 40 Hours per week/Full-time

Salary/Wage: Salaried at $44,000- $46,000 with Some Benefits

Preferred Experience: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel,

Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Google Docs, and willingness to learn new systems if/as acquired.

Authorization to Work in the United States: Candidates must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Qualifications: Prefers an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications,

Hospitality, or a similar field, OR a minimum education of - completion of high school education and three years of professional office management experience required.

Job Duties: It will be the responsibility of the Associate Administrative Director and Data

Specialist to implement the following, including but not limited to: o Be knowledgeable of the operations of the NCCVB, completing assigned tasks in a quality and confidential manner as required. o Field questions, greet visitors, answer phone inquiries, and provide overall office management. o Ensure that monthly financial activities are done promptly and accurately, including accounts payables and other accounting activities as assigned. o Assist the Executive Director in implementing grant opportunities supporting the operations of the Noble Co CVB and/or our partners. o Oversee data entry and analysis projects for annual tourism economic impact study, STR reports, AirDNA reports, County Innkeepers Tax Breakdown,

Bandwango Digital Passport reports, and future data-driven and research projects. o Offer supervision and training to interns/part-time staff as directed by the

Noble Co. CVB Executive Director. o The Noble County Convention and Visitors Bureau Executive Director may assign other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities. o Some evening and weekend hours may be required.

Payroll: The Associate Administrative Director and Data Specialist will be assigned to the Noble County CVB payroll, and Noble County CVB will be responsible for processing payroll promptly in support of this position. The Noble County CVB agrees to cover costs associated with processing payroll for this position, including all benefits, fees, wages, and FICA costs.

Annual Reviews: The Executive Director of the NCCVB will conduct an annual performance review of the Associate Administrative Director and Data Specialist. This annual review will be based on job duties associated with the organizations.

Discipline: If any discipline is required, the NCCVB agrees to follow the transparency of the Noble County CVB Employee Handbook and notify the Noble County Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors promptly.
