Client Care Coordinator Overview:

Visiting Angels Olympia, a leading provider of in-home care services, is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our team. The Care Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing client case management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the coordination of Client Services, Caregiver Services, and Community Relations.

Responsibilities:

Client Management

- Perform comprehensive case management for assigned clients

- Review Client Service Plans with Caregivers and maintain documentation for supervisory visits and calls

- Set up and maintain client files, documenting changes electronically

Employee Management

- Assist with employee recruitment, hiring, and orientation activities

- Assign client care based on caregivers' abilities, skills, and competence

- Collaborate with the Director or Designee to develop and implement programs, service procedures, and policies

Marketing and Community Outreach

- Spend a majority of the workday in the field developing client relationships and referral sources

- Effectively articulate the benefits of private duty homecare services to both professional referral sources and consumers

- Develop new and ongoing referral relationships with targeted accounts identified in the Marketing Action Plan

- Assist with planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including PPC, SEO, Email, and Social Media campaigns

- Attend and participate in community support groups and direct philanthropic activities

Additional Responsibilities

- Prepare managerial reports within specified timelines and maintain regular and predictable attendance

- Provide after-hours on-call telephone coverage, on a rotating basis

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years' experience in healthcare setting

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Proficiency in utilizing computer systems for tracking and managing agency activities

- High school graduate with some college or business education preferred

- Strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience with scheduling employees in a shift work environment

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

- Experience with public speaking and demonstrated presentation skills

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic understanding of digital marketing

- Ability to form relationships, maintain rapport with referral sources, and work well with a team

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Successful completion and ongoing compliance with all licensing, certification, and background testing requirements

- Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality

- Case Management experience preferred
