We have a great opportunity for an individual with marketing and recruiting skills as well as management experience to advance and lead our private duty affiliate, Lower Valley Care Advocates, LLC.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who would like to challenge themselves and take their career to the next level. You will be a key member of our management team and will be responsible for the overall growth of Lower Valley Care Advocates, LLC.
Responsibilities:
- Leads the company
- Sets goals and objectives for operation and growth in accordance with company philosophy, policy and goals for growth
- Responsible to develop the sales and business plans for the company
- Identifies and conducts sales activities to ensure adequate pipelines for business development
- Provides direction for team members and makes day-to-day operational decisions
- Manages all financial components to ensure the business is profitable
- Provides oversight and monitors activities of caregivers and care provided
- Develops and implements a recruitment plan to support growth of business
- Demonstrates strong commitment to company business and corporate values
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College degree in a related field preferred.
- At least one year of training or experience in a service-related industry.
- At least one year of experience in home health care with commercial and private pay experience preferred.
- Experience should emphasize problem-solving skills in a patient care setting'
