Personal Assistant Job description
Overall Objective: We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, a self-starter, enjoys doing research, and keeps up with trends. This position includes both personal and administrative duties. He or she will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent time management.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Drive (Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Google Calendar)
Excellent typing skills
Understand business math (money, percent, averages).
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Practices discretion and understands the importance of confidentiality.
Acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
High school or equivalent (Required)
