We also offer a great work-life balance by having a rotating schedule!! One week you will work 4 days and the next week 3 1/2 days.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls accordingly
- Maximize clinic productivity through proper scheduling and confirmation of appointments
- Prepare, record, and maintain any required documents or medical records
- Keep hospital facility disinfected, organized and neat
- Obtain deposits and payments from clients
- Utilize computer systems like email applications, chat support, and veterinary programs
- Educate clients on veterinary services and care
The ideal candidate would have veterinary customer service experience, knowledge with Avimark, and have strong interpersonal skills!
Available Schedule: full-time position
- We are open: M-F 7am-6pm
- Saturdays 8am-1pm
- Closed Sundays
