Job Description The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for the management and development of new strategic accounts. Primary goal is to drive sales revenue through procurement, management, and growth of new partnerships. Principal Duties & Responsibilities • Develop, manage and grow major accounts for QuietKat, Inc. • Develop strategy for growth of license programs, new big box stores, dealers and agricultural stores • Manage entire sales process from proposal to execution in NetSuite • Work closely with each account on strategy for revenue modeling • Responsible for managing the successful collection of accounts receivables • Establish and maintain co-brand relationships • Build and manage revenue partnerships with conservation groups • Develop and execute revenue partnerships with mapping-based technology companies through IOT • Grow and maintain wholesale and revenue partnerships using IOT • Develop and maintain account relationships via phone, virtually and in person • Remain on top of current market trends and industry news • Demonstrate and present full product line and pricing • Provide feedback to engineering and product development teams Requirements/Qualifications • Experience in leading sales effort or teams • Highly organized and detail oriented • Capable of multitasking & prioritizing • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Excellent communication skills • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • e-Bike experience is a plus, but not required • Proficient understanding of Ecommerce realm Salary Range for this position is $103,000 to $121,500 We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, tuition reimbursement, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!
