Account Manager
Tinley Park, IL (~30 miles outside of metro Chicago)
HYBRID Remote - in office 3-4 days per week
Salary Range - $45-60k
Vital Care Industries is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team of collaborators and innovators! Are you the one? The Account Manager function plays a key role in customer satisfaction and will work closely with the Vital Care Sales Team to provide support and drive new sales.

Preferred experience and/or education for the ideal candidate is:
- 2 years in an account manager role (required)
- 2 years customer service experience (a plus)
- Sales/Customer facing functional experience highly preferred
- Healthcare industry experience (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills (required)
- Strong verbal and written communications (required)
Responsibilities of the job:
- Expediently process client orders
- Check on purchase orders and follow-up if delays or issues occur
- Take full ownership of the ?Customer Experience? (CX)
- Manage all customer correspondence.
- Perform in-service sessions at the Hospital level
- Participate in or lead onsite meetings/visits, if necessary, and provide virtual support by Zoom, phone, email, and text
- Proactively drive communication backlog, etc.
- Upsell and notify sales on new opportunities and vertical/compliance.
Other valuable information/requirements:
- Some local travel may occasionally be requested to support other team members in the field
