Job Description:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Hours: Supervision sessions about twice a month, lasting approximately one hour each.
- Responsibilities: Oversee and supervise a Behavioral Interventionist (BII), ensuring adherence to behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing guidance for effective interventions.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
- Ability to provide effective supervision and guidance to Behavioral Interventionists.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA in educational or clinical settings.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing behavior intervention plans tailored to individual needs.
- Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and utilizing data-driven decision-making processes.
- Experience collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a cohesive support system for individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
