We are actively hiring for Store Managers.
We are looking for result-driven Managers to be responsible for coaching our Retail Sales Associates in how to drive company revenue by selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting. We have competitive compensation with a base plus commission with no cap.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Represent our Company and the AT&T brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Cooperate with your fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by driving company initiatives through your sales team.
- Follow proper procedures to make sure that retail operations are being used correctly.
- Maintain ownership of inventory and make sure your team is following proper procedures.

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build trust and lead a successful team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work retail hours such as evenings and weekends

Pay: From $36,500.00 per year
