Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for servicing inbound contact center channels in response to scheduling donor appointments and resolving donor concerns.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
- Assures quality customer service to all customers.
- Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.
- Performs all duties required of a Donor Outreach Coordinator I, II.
- Awards Hero Rewards points and other retention support tools upon approval and/or within provided guidelines.
- Utilizes eProgesa system to resolve donor eligibility questions.
- Responds to inbound channel (calls, voicemails, text) questions and concerns utilizing multiple computer systems.
- Responsible for following daily work flow plans within the department.
- Responsible for responding accurately to multiple blood center brands within the inbound channels.
- Is responsible for achieving quality and efficiency metric goals.
- Performs all other duties at the discretion of management, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge/Education
High School graduate or GED required.
Licenses/ Certifications
None.
Experience
- Six months Donor Outreach Coordinator experience preferred.
- Donor eligibility training preferred.
Skills/Abilities
- Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
- Must have effective oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible shifts.
- Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures and instructions.
