What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager - Donor Recruitment position at Vitalant?
As a Manager of Donor Recruitment you will be supporting Vitalant’s life saving mission by managing a Tele-recruitment team to achieve annual and monthly team goals through effective donor recruitment. You will assist in achieving recruitment objectives by developing market penetration plans, recruitment strategies, and increasing blood donations.

We’re looking for someone who can:
- Be innovating with developing special recruitment programs to respond to business needs
- Assist with implementation of strategic marketing plans, territory alignment, and goal setting
- Monitor center resource allocation and scheduling
- Develop annual recruitment plan to meet assigned collection goals
- Build relationship with internal staff and customers to maintain goal objectives
- Assure team follows established recruitment processes
- Bachelors degree or equivalent education/experience
- Three years of relative experience
- Two years of Supervisory experience
- Valid in-state driver license
