The company has an amazing opportunity with benefits for a Corporate Area Manager in the Danville area whose primary role will be to provide leadership and management of 7 Vitality Bowls locations in the East Bay area; ensure achievement of restaurant sales and budgetary targets; drive and deliver exceptional customer service; establish and maintain operational standards in compliance with federal, state and local laws, including food quality, food safety, and restaurant safety; preserve brand integrity of restaurant facilities; establish and maintain performance standards; and coach, develop and support management and team members.
Job Description Overview
- Oversee and manage corporate locations.
- Create implementation plans to support the execution of company initiatives
- Follow up consistently to ensure accountability to company initiatives
- Spend a majority of your time in stores motivating and supporting the store management team across all corporate locations.
- Develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives.
- Manage through unusual events to keep the corporate locations operating to standard.
- Manage with integrity and transparency; uphold Vitality Bowls values and culture
- Identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities and practices to the store management team to ensure smooth flow of operations within the corporate locations.
- Ensure adherence to applicable wage and hour laws for employees
- Challenge the team and inspire them to have a growth mindset and be results-driven.
- Work collaboratively with the executive, operations and HR teams to create an environment where employees on all levels feel respected, included, and heard.
- Execute and enforce operational procedures in-store.
- Set goals in terms of performance, sales volumes, store operations, COGS and labor for the team. And provide the training, coaching and mentoring needed to reach those goals.
Required Abilities:
- Must be able to lift 40lbs.
- Must have a flexible schedule-ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Ability to manage store operations independently.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
