Job Posting for Medication Technician at Vitality Living Frederica
As a Vitality Living med tech, your responsibilities will include:
- Administer or assist with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the health care provider.
- Maintain residents' records daily in a timely manner and in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Observe and document the health and emotional condition of each resident, promptly reporting all changes to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the medicine supply room.
- Complete an accurate accounting of all medications, including controlled substances.
- Assist with completion of medication cart audits.
- Provide direct resident care.

- 6 months of similar experience
Job Details:
- Full Time Days
- Shift hours: 6:45am - 7:15pm, 3 days on, 4 days off
