What are the responsibilities and job description for the Charge Nurse Full Time 7a-3p Every Other Weekend Required position at Vitality Living Lake Forest?
As a Vitality Living Charge Nurse you will:
- Administer or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatments.
- Measure vital signs and weight.
- Ensure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident charts.
- Act as leader on duty for assigned shifts.
- Supervise Caregivers to ensure daily completion of their duties.
The most successful candidate will have at least one year of similar experience, a current license and CPR certification, and a service-oriented leadership style.
