We're looking for a creative and organized producer to bring rigor, standards and process to the print distribution and production of the Design program. This role will work closely with the Environmental Design team, supporting them with best practices in print and environmental graphic production for offices around the world. This position will contribute to elevating the Design program by managing all logistics from pre-production to installation, liaising between the internal Design team and external vendors.
- Manage and execute pre-production/production aspects of print and environment graphics from planning through delivery between the internal Design team, internal Facilities teams, and external vendors to company standards, including: gathering specifications, building timelines, requesting project estimates, reviewing production files, supporting design proof reviews, vendor production and installation coordination, general project management and communications
- Coordinate between internal Facilities teams and external installers to gather and share necessary floor plans, wall measurements and arranging site visits as required
- Maintain key project information in project management tools including quotes, purchase orders and invoices
- Provide on-site project management to ensure successful installations as necessary
- Track budget spending through monthly reporting
- Maintain vendor contact and specialty information
- Build relationships and communication channels with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and handoffs
- 3–5 years of print and environmental graphic production and project management experience
- Expertise in print and environmental graphic production methods and materials
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines and budgets, adapt with changing priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term goals in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills in a highly collaborative environment
- Experience with project management software and adaptability to new systems
- Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and related software to visualize installations (SketchUp, other 3D tools a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
