Title: Registered Nurse PCU Float
Contract duration: 13 weeks (Possibilities of extension)
Location: Dothan, AL
Shift: Evening Shift, 12hrs
Pay rate: $1944/- week (on W2 basis - Negotiable on call)
The opening of Staff RN PCU Float in Dothan, AL has the evening shift availability. The job requires RN License for AL state, BLS certified from AHA, ACLS certified from AHA, PALS certified from AHA and Co-vid Vaccination Card. Recent 2 year of experience are required as RN PCU Float.
Responsibilities for this job are:
- Preparing, administering and recording prescribed medications.
- Changing dressings, inserting catheters, and starting IVs.
- Adjusting specialized medical equipment as needed, as well as interpreting and recording measurements.
- Monitoring patients' vitals and reporting adverse reactions to medications in a timely manner.
- Collaborating on discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Answering questions and educating patients and their families on surgical procedures and post-surgery care.
