What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer manager position at Vitaver?
Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting : Remote work may be considered for the positions and any requests will be evaluated for approval by the Client on a case-by-case basis.
Required :
- Relevant IT and business work experience (7 years);
- Experience managing teams and projects; establishing, managing, and maintaining strategic relationships with external customers in one or more business segments;
- Experience as a liaison between enterprise and end-users, outside vendors, contractors, and consultants to define and establish service and support requirements;
- Experience investigating and resolving customer relationship problems;
- Experience analyzing and determining the operational and financial impact of new product and service offerings, and proposing changes or solutions to products and services for optimal business results;
- Experience assisting in organization change management and functions as an internal consultant in analyzing business processes, assessing and defining customer specifications and requirements, proposing business solutions that prioritize technology and services needs to satisfy customer requirements, and facilitating solution design, building, and testing.
Preferred :
- Experience managing and mentoring supervisors, project leads and / or technical staff;
- Experience interacting with functional groups within the IT organization to communicate and clarify customer requirements;
- Experience working under the general direction of senior-level management.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
- Manage teams and projects, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with external customers in various business segments;
- Lead multiple, complex projects as both project leader and subject matter expert;
- Serve as a liaison between the enterprise and end-users, vendors, contractors, and consultants to define service and support requirements;
- Investigate and resolve customer relationship issues, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns;
- Analyze and determine the operational and financial impact of new product and service offerings, proposing changes or solutions for optimal business results;
- Assist in organizational change management, acting as an internal consultant to analyze business processes, define customer requirements, and facilitate solution design and testing;
- Manage and mentor supervisors, project leads, and technical staff, ensuring effective communication and clarification of customer requirements within the IT organization.
