About VitroLabs:
As Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders across various time zones and hemispheres to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners. Your strategic oversight and ability to navigate challenges will be instrumental in driving our organization's overall success. You first focus will be our first cultivated leather in-market launch!
You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
You are an experienced, strategic-minded professional with a background in program management. You possess excellent communication and leadership skills and apply them to navigating complex project environments and establishing and maintaining alignment among stakeholders. You are a catalyst; enthusiastic about removing friction, enabling growth, learning, and overall program and team success.
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with VitroLabs' business objectives and drive sustained growth
- Oversee and coordinate multiple interrelated projects; managing their scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery
- Work with project owners to develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
- Ensure that project managers are effectively managing risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, ensuring they are kept informed of project status and progress
- Provide guidance and support to project managers and team members, helping them resolve issues and overcome challenges
- Monitor project and program performance, ensuring projects meet their goals and the program delivers expected benefits
- Lead program-level status meetings, providing updates on program performance to stakeholders
- Ensure the program is aligned with VitroLabs' strategic objectives and contributes to the achievement of these objectives
Qualifications & Skills:
- Background in business administration, project management, or related field, with 5 years* of experience in program strategy, sales or business operations, or equivalent strategy and operations experience
- Experience designing and implementing programs and/or business processes with a demonstrated track record of success
- Operational rigor combined with excellent business acumen, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills
- Experience developing compelling storylines and building presentation decks or briefing documents that support the narrative

Compensation:
- $125,000 - $160,000 annual base salary
- 90-100% employer-paid health, vision, and dental care
