Workers Compensation Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Workers Compensation Supervisor in the New England Area

Full time, Full Benefits!!! FULLY REMOTE!! UP to $110k/yr, Based on Experience!!

• Must be experienced in New England States (MA, CT, NH, RI, ME, VT) as a Workers Comp Adjuster with at least 4 years experience***
• Must have at least 2 years experience as a Workers Compensation Supervisor!!!***
• Must be licensed in the New England States!!!***
  
  

The Claims Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of direct reports, ensuring all quality, productivity and customer service criteria are met while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises claims staff in their day-to-day operations
• Supports Claims Manager in staff recruitment, interviews and training of new staff on procedures and job-related functions
• Ensures staff compliance with Workers’ Compensation laws and mandated regulatory reporting requirements
• Provides technical and jurisdictional guidance to claims staff regarding complex compensability, investigation, litigation issues and service account instructions
• Partner with recruiting team to design competitive compensation packages for new hires
  
  

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience as a Compensation Manager or similar role in a corporate setting
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles, laws, and regulations
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
