Summary:

We use graphic design to attract, develop and retain the best sales talent in the country. Our designs drive company growth by branding the opportunity and communicating the culture of our Direct to Home sales channel.

We are looking for a gifted graphic designer who has strong proficiencies and experience in Adobe create suite and keynote design for presentation. This role will be collaborating directly with our sales marketing and sales experience departments.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design types = Communication, campaign, brand identity, apparel, print, environmental, and digital design.
• Strong oral and written communications skills including meeting facilitation and presentations.
• Strong ability to effectively communicate concepts to senior leadership
• Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships
• Someone who thrives when they are working on multiple projects
• Sound judgment and ability to contribute meaningfully to the determination of methods, policy and strategy
• Ability to motivate others, deal with ambiguity, and effectively collaborate in decision-making

Required Skills:

• Strong skills in Keynote design. (Both in 1 of 1 presentation as well as template creating FOR NON DESIGNERS to use and build presentations.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating capabilities and talents in Illustrator, Photoshop, Keynote, and or In-design
• Pixel perfect art design skills with high attention to detail
• Understanding of and ability to implement strategic design methods and practices
• Working knowledge of the mechanics of printing, bindery, and environmental design methods

Required Education/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of Graphic Design experience

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
