The Role:
The Vivint Talent Acquisition department is looking to add a full-cycle recruiter. In this role, you will partner with recruiters and business stakeholders, identify the best market talent, and recruit them to Vivint.
We are looking for someone exceptional at sourcing and evaluating candidate competencies, who can prioritize their time, has a sense of urgency, and understands the value of providing an amazing candidate experience. The recruiter must successfully manage, prioritize, and source on positions against a timeline, have experience setting benchmarks and metrics, and understand how to prioritize to deliver on business needs. Vivint is an innovative, fast-paced environment, and this recruiter must be able to work hard, have fun, and get the job done.
What you'll do:
- Proactively drive the recruiting process and manage expectations with candidates and all internal stakeholders.
- Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and evaluate skill level,
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels, including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals, to provide high-quality candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
- Cultivate partnerships to achieve time-to-fill metrics and build short-term & longer-term relationships.
- Support efforts regarding off-site recruiting activities, including participation in job fairs, conferences & professional organizations as needed.
What we're looking for:
- 1 years of recruiting experience
- ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates (Workday)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
