We’re looking for a self-driven Summer Sales Rep to join our motivated team with door-to-door sales experience.

Job Responsibilities:
As the Summer Sales Rep, you work “in the field” as a door-to-door salesperson for the client’s
range of home security and automation systems. A typical day or week consists of:
- Generating new security/home automation systems accounts
- Matching customer requirements and needs to specific products and solutions
- Learning new sales techniques and applying to your customer approach
- Accurately processing customer transactions such as orders and quotes
- Attending team meetings to set sales targets, forecasts, and goals
- Following company and departmental policies regarding conduct and employee performance
Required Skills:
- Highly energetic, persuasive, honest, empathetic, and self-motivated
- Able to persistently overcome objections from potential customers
- Decision-making, conflict resolution, and creative problem-solving skills
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior sales experience (preferred, not required)
