Job Description

We are a construction law firm located in Coral Gables, Florida.  We are seeking an experienced legal assistant/paralegal to join our successful team.  The incumbent will assist associates with drafting letters, pleadings, organization of documents and calendaring deadlines.  Must have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, be able to calendar in Outlook, be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2 years' experience as a legal assistant/paralegal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
