VMLY&R seeks a Mobility Manager to bring insight in building brand mobile experiences that provide end customers with true value. He or she will serve as an implementer and communicator working in partnership with VMLY&R team and will use a working understanding of leading mobility trends, user behavior understanding, OS and device functionalities, and experience activation and retention strategy. The Mobility Manager will bring ongoing experience lifecycle planning and implementation while support a broad client list across VMLY&R.
Responsibilities
- Inspire great work through your leading mobility industry insight: Develop strategic plans that communicate the vision and road map of a client’s mobile products. Bring your mobility industry know-how to the forefront to deliver on true products and services of value.
- Provide thought leadership based on constant monitoring and upkeep on user trends across platforms and industries.
- Support experience design and development planning: Provide understanding to teams of user experience and design, project management, development, planning, and analytics.
- Support planning and coordination of the experience lifecycle including but not limited too: Activation and retention of users, corresponding go-to-market activities (i.e.: media implementation), app-store management (including publishing and reviews), customer support, retention strategies and implementation (CRM), and backlog feature alignment based off of experience usage.
- Maintain and report on insight from the customer through monitoring and response to customer reviews, social forums, in-experience engagement and other 1x1 tools with users.

Required Experience
- One to two years of experience in mobility product environment
- Experience in working with brands
- Demonstrated success with client relationships, team management and business development
