Position Description
· As the Plant Human Resources Manager in Blue Anchor, NJ you’ll have the opportunity to lead Human Resource activities within the facility, focusing on labor and employee relations.
· You will ensure continuity of all Human Resource related operations.

· Liaison – You are the right hand to the Plant Manager and the “heartbeat” of the plant! Your focus on people and ability to understand what they want will get them engaged. Manage union relations, grievances, arbitrations, and negotiations.
· Human Resources – You will provide leadership to your team while managing EEOC, Affirmative Action, Employee Relations and communicating HR information using the appropriate vehicles.
· CTraining – You will be responsible for managing training employees and leadership on HR technologies, service delivery models and additional programs as needed. You will also be part of developing the leadership team, other HR Talent as well as Front-Line leaders.
· Culture – You know how to bring people together. As a focus, we will ask you to drive the culture and people strategy.
Skills Required
- Manage union relations, grievances, arbitrations, and negotiations.
- Exceptionally demonstrated Human Resource experience including in-depth experience with grievances and labor relations
- Leadership and team management
Skills Preferred
- Union experience not required, but advantageous
Experience Required
- In-depth HR experience • Strategic mind-set with the ability to see the big picture and collaborate effectively with partners to achieve objectives
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry is mu; food manufacturing experience not mandatory
- Strong leadership skills to oversee and mentor Generalist staff while possessing comprehensive knowledge of HR generalist functions
Education Required
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years related work experience or a High School diploma/GED with 10 related work experience.
Additional Information
- This is an Hybrid role, it required No less than 3 days at plant per week,
- MUST have manufacturing experience, ability to work collaboratively is a must.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $50.00 per hour
