Job Description/Responsibility:
The primary responsibility of the digital sales and marketing representative is to drive sales through strategic digital interactions. This role is pivotal in promoting and ensuring customer usage of various digital and e-commerce platforms. A significant focus should be on digital marketing to enhance brand visibility. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure success across all platforms. A key aspect of the role is to use and develop tactics to engage prospects and convert them into satisfied customers. Strategic channels may include email, social media, video, and phone selling, among others. Your strategy will be guided by data analytics.
Duties Include:
- Increase sales for current and future customers
- Supports current customers and development of new customers through digital channels
- Fosters relationships to grow brand awareness and market share
- Works within digital e-commerce platform to analyze and maintain users
- Uses marketing data to make informed decisions to drive the next marketing and sales steps
- Works daily in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to report, analyze & update data
- Call prospects and current customers daily
- Monitors lead generation inbox
- Creates marketing data to support selling needs, such as email campaigns, graphics, social media posts
- Works with technical departments to understand the fundamental knowledge of products and services
- Promotes all e-commerce platforms
- Assists with various marketing projects
- Additional duties as needed
- Some overnight travel may be needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or marketing experience
- Demonstrates analytical skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Must be a strong listener and efficient communicator over the telephone, email and in person
