Job Description:
VoiceComm is seeking a Customer Experience Program Manager to support our key customer accounts. The ideal candidate will develop and enhance meaningful relationships with customers whose business potential and needs require a high-level of support. This individual will be accountable to assist with the implementation of account strategies and the tactical execution. The primary responsibility of this position will involve being the primary point of contact for the customer’s program by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and expectations of the customer experience are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead internal customer team as primary point of contact for all customer and program needs
- Engage with external customer team on a daily basis to ensure all needs are met consistently
- Provide exceptional support and act as subject matter expert for the all aspects of the program
- Perform as conduit across multiple departments to ensure alignment and execution of program
- Collaborate and develop new processes and procedures based on customer requirements
- Solve problems painlessly for customers and define solutions for continuous improvements
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication
- Results-driven, process-oriented, self-starter
- Analytical with the ability to process and synthesize data
- High level of attention to detail and organization skills
- Clear understanding of operational policies and best practices
- Proficient knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- 2-4 years program management experience/customer service

- Manage data in excel and other systems
- Build relationships with customers throughout all levels of customer organization
- Train and delegate to team members
- Professionally prepare and present to customers
