Summary:
The incumbent in this job is responsible for supervision and leadership of all warehouse functions including picking, packing, shipping and receiving. The position ensures timely delivery of parts to internal and external customers, proper documentation preparation, ERP system (Navision) inputs and reports. The incumbent will also manage and lead a team of warehouse staff and engage in continuous improvement initiatives to advance automation of processes and systems in collaboration with other departments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Warehouse team to perform fast paced, accurate receiving, picking and shipping orders to meet deadlines communicated from purchasing and planning teams.
- The warehouse team is responsible for all internal logistics movements to feed the production lines and keep material moving after production including transferring material to and from the offsite warehouse locations and satellite workshops.
- Coordinate with logistics team to schedule inbound, international air and ocean shipments
- Ensure department transactions are properly documented and loaded to ERP system – Navision.
- Take the lead in managing continuous improvement projects in collaboration with other departments.
- MHE inspection and maintenance checks.
- Comply with all safety regulations and drive safety improvements
- Ability and drive to jump in and assist warehouse associates with tasks when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum SIX (6) years related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong knowledge of inventory practices and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of pick and pack techniques for shipping of inventory.
- Prior experience with Forklift/Highreach operation & certification.
- Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- UPS/Fed-Ex/LTL shipping knowledge.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an Associate to successfully perform the key actions of job.
- Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally 70lbs at a time.
- Must wear gloves and ear protection.
