Requirements:
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 2 years of customer service and administrative support experience.
- Experience related to processing customer orders, returns, purchase orders, freight shortages would be helpful.
- Professional and pleasant communication skills for both phone and email communications
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software, strong Excel proficiency desired.
- Proven ability to work with sensitive information and deadlines, with maintaining accuracy
