Volt is immediately hiring for Service Support Representative I in Long Beach, CA.
As an Service Support Representative I you will :
- Handling troubleshooting, complaints and repair requests for equipment and products for the company.
- Keeping meticulous records and technical support logs, follows established company procedures and but not limited to solving problems over the phone.
- Arranges for repair of equipment as well as sends out loaners (as necessary) if troubleshooting fails
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
- Managing onsite equipment repair, including maintenance, troubleshooting and test tasks.
- Production of timely and detailed service reports.
- Troubleshoot simple to complex issues.
- Generate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) and track RMAs until back in house
This is a full-time opportunity Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM open to overtime Remote .
The ideal candidate will have Mandatory Skills :
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent oral / written communication
- Ability to work as a team or independently
- Exceptional technical aptitude with proven experience in electronics, including but not limited to electronic wiring, control boards, I / 0 boards
