Required Skill
Installing personal computers and peripherals (e.g., printers, scanners, cameras, fax machines, and audio-video equipment)
listening and communicating with customers to identify concerns, analyzing needs, and determining hardware/software solutions
Experience with the design and implementation of Ethernet topology networks
Experience with Windows 10/11; Office 2016/365
Experience with SCCM/MECM; BitLocker; Cisco AMP; Cisco ISE; Windows Server 2012/16; PowerShell
computer systems to ensure that all components will integrate properly
software packages such as TN3270, SharePoint Designer, and Adobe Professional
Cisco servers, routers, voice gateways, and switches
