Founded in 2022, Lily Home and Hospice is a family owned and operated health care agency dedicated to providing excellence in end of life care. Our team, comprised of over 50 years of combined hospice experience, includes our medical director, registered hospice nurses, certified nursing assistants, chaplains, social workers, massage therapists, music therapists and volunteers all coming together to carry out the Lily mission in the care of our patients.

Consider sharing your gift of music with our hospice patients.
You can play a patient's favorite music on your instrument, via the radio and/or digital device. Or you can help create personalized playlists for our patients.
Whether it is a mellow hymn, a cheerful sing-along, or anything in between, the goal is to enhance the quality of life of our patients. Volunteer musicians may provide music individually to a single patient or to a group in a facility setting if desired. You do not have to be a professional musician to serve.
