A member of the Hackensack Meridian Health network, we are a not-for-profit organization which serves patients who reside in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The time and talent that volunteers give helps Hackensack Meridian Hospice provide compassionate and quality care to our patients and families., Looking for Spanish speaking companions for our patients who reside in Monmouth County. You would visit the patient in their home. You would be a friend/ new face to brighten their day. Visits would most likely be held weekly or every other week depending on the patient's request
