Volvo Cars Bend is seeking a driven and experienced Store Manager to join our team in beautiful Bend, Oregon. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee store operations
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about Volvo cars and services to effectively assist customers with their needs
- Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Train and develop sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell vehicles and after market services
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and follow up with customers after the sale
- Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the store to ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products and pricing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management
- Preferred previous automotive sales experience
- Strong understanding of the auto industry and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
