Responsibilities
A Fulfill From Store Associate using iPad to process and fulfill merchandise orders from company website. They assist Customer Service staff with answering phones, greeting customers, wrapping packages and preparing packages for shipping. Primary job responsibilities of a Fulfill From Store Associate include the following:
-Utilizes internal inventory system to pull items for customer orders.
-Displays a positive attitude when communicating information with customers and co-workers.
-Verifies UPC/SKU on merchandise tags with packing slip information, confirms color and size of merchandise.
-Gift wraps and packages merchandise to be shipped to customers, loads boxes onto pallets.
-Uses a computer to process orders for shipment and trace lost packages.
-Stocks and maintains the cleanliness of the Fulfillment area.
