PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately and professionally answers and directs all incoming calls. Takes messages as needed.
- Greets corporate visitors/clients with a professional image and appearance.
- Monitors visitor security.
- Provides timely and accurate information to staff/clients as necessary.
- Schedules conference rooms.
- Handles incoming deliveries.
- Opens in-coming mail.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Handles Post Office account.
- Responsible for updates to HubSpot and VL Connect.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of administrative and office procedures and systems such as word processing.
- Communication skills – verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
GENERAL SKILLS
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows environment – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Time management skills
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Is compliant with administrative tasks and deadlines, such as time entry, response to appointments, completion of goals and performance review.
