to ensure that all front-end project requirements are met to ensure success. This position is responsible for overseeing several project startups at once while working with multiple Project Managers. Typical job duties include contractual administration, assistance in the pre-bid phase, assistance estimating, bid submission. Along with these duties, the Contract Administrator will assist management with day-to-day activities, report generation and other duties assigned.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts / bid packages and ensure deadline submission.
  • Perform a contract review prior to bid and provide a summary to the estimating team.
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
  • Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
  • Create and maintain project files and folders.
  • Attend Pre-Bid meetings as needed.
  • Data entry of our schedule, projects and estimates.
  • Compile and pull together all necessary information (internal and sub data) required to submit Bid Packages.
  • Follow up with the results of Bid Packages and send out bid results to the management team in a timely manner.
  • Collects, compiles, and formats proposal content (drafts, final versions, etc,) Makes recommended corrections to bids as necessary.
  • General administrative functions such as copying, shipping/receiving, and ordering supplies.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, exempt position. Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday 7am-4pm but some flexibility is required as job duties demand.
