Campaign Staff Needed Immediately Hiring Immediately - $25 -$30 / hr bonuses Full-time & Part-time Vote Blue is working to mobilize new voters who enthusiastically want to protect access to safe and legal abortion in Pennsylvania.
Join us to support the fight to protect abortion access in key areas for Democratic victory this year. We are building out a massive campaign to expand the Democratic electorate and propel Democratic candidates at the local and national level to victory this year, and we need YOUR help to do it! This role is a great opportunity to gain experience in the following areas : Leadership, Communication & Advocacy, Community Outreach & Engagement, Political Organizing, Campaign Work, Public Policy, and Leadership.
Get paid well! Canvass positions start at $25 / hour. We offer overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, sick pay, and bonuses for friend referrals.
All team members have the opportunity to earn an extra $50 per week by maintaining a full-time schedule. We also offer a $50 weekly bonus for working both days of the weekend.
Locations : Pittsburgh, Scranton / Wilkes-Barre, Erie, Lehigh Valley, State College, Stroudsberg, Pottstown, & Reading, PA We are hiring immediately, all positions run through the election with possibilities for advancement afterwards.
Shifts run from 1 : 00 - 8 : 00 PM weekdays and weekends with the possibility to work part-time or full-time Canvasser Responsibilities ($25 / hr) : - Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner - Deliver a compelling campaign message, and collect complete survey answers from voters - Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills - Strictly follow the campaign's safety protocols, including the use of PPE and compliance with daily health and safety guidelines The ideal candidate : -Passionate about progressive politics and fostering democracy -Strong communication skills;
you should enjoy working with other people and be willing and excited to speak with everyone -Hard worker who will stay motivated to engage as many people as possible -Open to new challenges and are interested in building their campaign skills -Culturally competent and able to respectfully engage with teammates and the community -Prior canvassing experience is not required.
