What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Administrator position at Voto Consulting?
Receive a collection of spreadsheets each week containing names of event attendees, and reformat as necessary to upload into the event management system.
Monitor an email box and add or shift new hires to various events, depending on the request.
Alert Regional Hub Leads and local team when an event has reached capacity.
Compile data about attendees and attendee rates and share with local onboarding teams weekly.
Monitor new employee survey data and compile monthly scorecards for local teams.
Based on survey data and other feedback, submit requests for content updates to improve communications and processes.
Document the process and tools you use to perform this task.
Depending upon location, occasionally join the team to welcome attendees at various events.
Other tasks as needed.
Skills
Very strong information management skills using popular spreadsheet packages (Numbers or Excel).
Good communication, writing and information organization skills, especially effectively communicating results in graphs and presentations.
Strong organizational abilities and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to understand user feedback, categorize it and communicate key themes from your analysis and trends over time.

Salary: $10.00 - $50.00 per hour
