Job Summary As an ESG Manager, you will oversee the ESG integration and implementation while also taking a lead on customer and team inquiries.Key Responsibilities:Leading on, and overseeing, the implementation of the ESG policies and processes (key elements being ESG integration and engagement) for the entire organization. Building the ESG capabilities by leading and supporting ESG educational and training efforts, sharing, and generating ESG insights from relevant research and analysis as well as supporting ESG engagement efforts where appropriate. Liaising and working effectively and efficiently with different internal functions such as manufacturing, quality, commercial, IT, R&D, procurement, and human resources to deliver on ESG outputs. Providing input and participating in customer interactions, as well as supporting external ESG activities to ensure effective communication. Ensuring effective communication of performance and progress of ESG efforts to the internal Leadership Team, Board, and external Private Equity Partner. Leading the cross functional team in gathering of and reporting of yearly ESG data, with key metrics associated to score improvement Implementing processes and procedures to optimize the adoption of ESG reporting principles and practices across all internal functions. Education and Experience Requirements: Demonstrable robust, wide-ranging, and in-depth knowledge and understanding of ESG/sustainability issues through academic/professional qualifications and/or ESG manufacturing industry experience (5 years' experience). Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively and professionally with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships to drive positive outcomes whilst acting as an ambassador for ESG fixed income capabilities. Strong project management / organizational skills are essential to effectively respond and prioritize tasks effectively considering changing workloads, as is the ability to demonstrate rigorous attention to detail, and ability to produce quality work whilst meeting deadline. Competence in working independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks, as well as operate collaboratively to support team members on shared projects/team tasks. Familiarity with reporting to EcoVadis, CDP, and SASB. While undertaking the essential duties and responsibilities of the position, the employee must repeatedly sit, listen, speak, type and move throughout the facility.Must be capable of using a keyboard for computer purposes.
